Bill Payment

We’ve formed an alliance with CheckFree® to make paying your bills easy. This service is free.

• Transfers will be made electronically whenever possible. If the company or person can’t accept electronic payments, a check will be printed and mailed for you.
• Set up one time or recurring, automatic payments to any payee you add. Change or cancel these automated payments at any time.
• View your payment history for the past 84 months
• Only pay a fee if you need to rush a payment.

Transfers

Transfer funds from any account you hold with us to your other account instantaneously and free of charge! Using our new External Transfer feature, you can add accounts you hold with other banks and brokerages and make transfers to or from those accounts as well.

Alerts

Set up an Alert on your account or debit card. Keep track of your money by making sure you know when a debit/credit occurs, when your balance reaches a certain point, when your loan payments are due, and more! These alerts can be set up on an account-by-account basis. Log in and select Alerts from your home screen to get started.

Documents and Statements

E-statement enrollment allows you to access your records up to two years prior at any time.

• Download your transaction history in QuickBooks® and Quicken® friendly file types!
• Retrieve your interest-based tax documents.
• Keep a digital or paper record of your statements by downloading or printing your monthly statements.

Mobile Deposit

Make a deposit anytime, anywhere, with mobile deposit using our App. We have some simple rules.

• The check endorsement must include the payee signature and the text “For Mobile Deposit Only Mid America Bank”.
• Funds are normally received within 2 business days. Please keep the check until the deposit posts.

Mobile Deposit Limits

• $5,000 item limit
• $5,000 daily limit
• Call us for a temporary limit increase.

Biometric Log In

Our mobile app allows for Biometric log in using your phone’s fingerprint reader or face identification technology. You will still need to hold onto your password to make transfers
