Our experienced loan officers are ready to walk you through this process toward homeownership. Additionally, we have experience working with several local first-time homebuyer programs. The programs help with down payment assistance to help a buyer get to where they can qualify for a conventional loan and hopefully get the best rates and terms possible. They are subject to geographic and income restrictions, and to when funds are available, but our loan officers work frequently with these programs and are familiar with these particular requirements.
